2 different make hearing aids and 2 different streamers in same room

My wife has Sennheiser Sonite R hA that came with an Easy Line TV streamer. I have Jabra Enhance 30s with their Streamer +.

We have a media room with a ceiling mount projector and a surround processor. The processor has one optical out. I have a 1 to 2 optical splitter that sees a signal in both cables.

My wife’s pair with no problem but while mine will pair and show up in the IOS app, I get no sound. The app even shows squiggly lines representing audio input to the app, but no sound to the HAs.

Wondering if anyone has used a similar setup and whether one streamer is possibly interfering with the other.

Does your streamer work if your wife’s streamer is disconnected? Does your streamer work if connected to a different TV? When I tried using a Roger On as a streamer attached to my surround receiver, it would only work on certain TV channels apparently a function of the sound format, however my Phonak TV streamer works with the surround receiver without any problems. Go figure.
