I’ve had the Spheres for just a few days now but have heard a sound twice so far, on different days, out of the clear blue. The sound is five quick descending tones followed by the same tones in reverse, ascending. Does anyone know what this is indicating? I’ve never heard this sequence on my Marvels.

it’s when one of you Ha’s is disconnecting from the other and then reconnecting back, but I cant tell you why its doing it in your case, better check with your Audi. I
My Paradise do the same thing if I pull the battery door open as in disconnecting.

Thank you. I can’t imagine why. I’m just sitting here and both ears have remained on my head the whole time. My audi is on vacation till 1/6/25. If it gets too often till then, I’ll pop in my Marvels.

My Spheres disconnect and reconnect for no apparent reason on occasion. Fortunately it is not often enough to be annoying or a problem so I just ignore it.

Yeah it’s a thing that seems to happen with a lot of folks that have the spheres. I started a thread a while ago about the problem. Hopefully Phonak will be able to fix it with a firmware update
