You could try SmartFit, but sometimes those models are locked out, do you have the Noahlink wireless programming device?

yes i have the noahlink wireless programmer , I tried the software you sent but still not reading the advance hearing aid . do you have other solution.

As I mentioned, most likely locked, Specsavers are quite corrupt in this regard, no respect for the people buying from them, but first you need to be absolutely sure of the model you have of course.
