Hillside Victoria (North Western suburb of Melbourne)I am in Melbourne Australia and I have the Amplifon ampli-energy which I have been advised by Amplifon was manufactured by Oticon. and I have a number of issues with it. First, the has always been “finnicky” in pairing with my phone and has recently failed entirely to pair except when I uninstall the app and reinstall it.I have been to the local Amplifon shop and they did upgrade the software in the HA but were not able to fix the problem. Also, the ability to receive phone call audio via Bluetooth directly into my HA doesn’t work as the audio level is way too low in my HA. Amplifon claimed that this feature will not not work on Android phones but will work on I-phone. I was given a list of supposedly compatible Android phones from the Oticon website, which, funnily enough included my phone (Samsung A52s 5G) so it seems like I will need to purchase a new phone, hence the reason for this post. If anyone out there has this model of HA and is using it successfully with an Android phone woiuld you be so kind as to respond to this post and let me know the model of your phone so I can purchase a similar model…
