Anyone experience one of the hearing aids cut out with Oticon Intent 1 during a phone call or stream?

What phone are you using. My INTENT1 aids are a year old and I have the Samsung S23 phone with the latest updates Android 15. I get the same once in a while, but my aids aren’t at the latest firmware update. I get it only with the Samsung phone app, i haven’t noticed it with the Google phone app. I do get it with the voice mail app. I stream audio books with no issues

You really need to state the brand and model of the phone you are using.

Also state whether this is happening outdoors, indoors or both. If indoors, does this happen at home, in a car, or in a building where the ceiling and walls are a far away?

Note that this issue should be less of a problem indoors where the walls and ceiling are close.

It is not with the phone, it’s when it’s paired to the FMA120 on my laptop.

I’d love to share with you our AuracastTM broadcast audio experience to date at Bethel Evangelical Lutheran Church in Manassas, VA. We have an existing FM transmitter that is used with loaner bodypacks and either earbuds or headphones within our worship space.
