Hello friends,
I was wondering if someone could help me as I am new to and I just purchased a pair of pre-owned Phonak Audeo L-RL Trial, I think these are the Lumity model but I am not sure.
I did not know they said Trial on the sides until they were delivered to me as they did not show this in the pictures, I don’t know what to do and they are not returnable and I paid quite a bit for these so I was wondering if anyone could please help me.
I wanted to try and program them myself so I purchased a Noahlink wireless and I thought that was all I needed but it looks like I also need the Target Software and I had no idea I needed this also, could someone please tell me what they think about my situation, especially if the Phonics that I purchased can actually be programmed, I sure hope they can, please help if you can, I greatly appreciate it.
Thank you,
JT
Welcome to the forum, hey great your giving a go, it’s all pretty easy enough, don’t worry about “trial” models as you’ll still be able to provide programming DIY projects, although you’ll need to reset them every 8 or 12 weeks, it’s easily done with target, I hope you didn’t pay too much for them, actually if you were mislead on the sale your entitled to return for a refund, but anyways do read the user guides as it’s very helpful for setting up the first time.
Thank you tenkan for responding to my post, I greatly appreciate any and all advice from you my friend.
I am very happy to hear that I can actually use them and program them even though they are trials, even if I have to re-program them every 8 to 12 weeks that is fine by me, I really would like to do this myself because I am very interested in learning all I can for myself because I am now retired and I need to keep my brain functioning and plus this is a great thing to learn and maybe someday I can help people just like you are doing, I really like to help people when ever I can because there are a lot of people like myself that can not afford new hearing aids or even go to see an audiologist and I think everyone deserves to hear better and have a good quality of life.
I can go on and on my friend, I just want to say thank you for your advice, you made my day!
Hello friends. I have a phonak lumity 90 hearing aid. Phonak target program is required for adjustment. Can you help me with the program, how can I download it?
Welcome to the forum, great your giving a go, target is pretty easy to use as well, you’ll need the Noahlink wireless programming device for any DIY projects tho, do read the user guides as it’s very helpful for setting up the first time.
Hello friend,
Did you ever receive the Phonak Target software download?
I was wondering if you could tell me how I can get the download myself for the Phonak Lumity Audeo hearing aids.
Thank you very much,
John
