Probably only relevant to people in the U.K. but does anyone have experience of Oritone hearing aids? They sell on ebay for £200-£500, which is what should cost. Looking at the company website they seem to have a genuine ethos and the products appear to be more than just amplifiers. I'm possibly in the market for a new pair after bricking one of my Phonaks (see other post) and I'm so sick of the overpriced hearing scam that we are supposed to accept. The thing that worries me a bit is that they say fitting is via the app, which suggests that is just a glorified graphic equaliser. I'd love to hear if anyone has used them. Thanks.
