The Aurafit Relate software is for the Relate hearing aids. AFAIK , These units are locked and can only be programmed by Relate fitters. Did you buy those in the US?

If you have the standard Unitron (not rebadged) then you need the UnitronTrueFit software .

Hi there @karamatullah great your giving DIY a go, be sure to read the user guides before starting, plus you’ll need the Noahlink wireless programming device as well, as these oddball rebranded models the software is a little harder to find.
