I just purchased Soundgate 3 and I paired it with my Samsung S9 +
I don’t ear any sounds coming through my hearing aids when I play a music in my smartphone.
My question is, aremy Bernafon JU7 C hearing aids compatible with the soundgate?
Does the audiologyst needs to do configurate via software the soundgate in my hearing aids?

Yes unfortunately they will need to do this. Crazy situation in these times to have to do this.

But you could try downloading the Android app https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.bernafon.soundgate90
and see if you can at least get remote control features.

Thank you very much for your advise. Awaiting now for the audiologists appointment after the lockdown.
