I have also difficulty to get automatic Spheric in my home. I am DIYer, so manual Spheric program is already set. My first time, when automatic Spheric Speech Clarity program kicked in automatically, was after 3 months of use, when I was first time in pizzeria with my friend.

Reviving this topic.
Been using phonek sphere for a month now, with a custom mold on. A kind that allows venting.
Question i have is, are there any form of custom mold that does not use vent? Coz that extra 10% for me is paying someone $5 vs $50 ![]()

Yes, but it would be better that earmold is from a deep impression, so that the earmold will be deep in ear canal too to reduce occlusion effect. What receiver do you have? P (Power) or UP (Ultra Power)?

I believe it was from deep impression.
But dont know about P/UP option. How do i find that?

So you have M receiver (Medium, weaker than P, which in turn is weaker than UP). Entering your in your profile settings would help in providing you better advices. If you have relatively mild - moderate hearing loss, I see no vent option a bit risky, regarding I don’t know about your low frequency hearing losa.
