Self tweaking widex Moment sheer 440, and seeing a 15db (at some frequencies, especially the R ear)) difference in my responses to the tones with in-situ tests in the fitting (widex calls it a “sensogram”). I would guess that at this point the doesn’t affect the programming anymore, and the in-situ measurements are now the more accurate baseline for initial and fine tuning. First of all, is that a correct guess? (making sure). AND, does this mean my audiogram was wrong, or hearing improved, or…? My right ear was sudden hearing loss 4 months ago, so perhaps it’s recovering a bit 4 months later? OR the subjective in-situ is more accurate because I’m taking great pains (I would say WAY more than an audi would) to make sure I can or cannot hear the tones. I do know my hearing aids feel better with my in-situ than they did programmed to the audiogram. Also, with my in-situ, I can use more open domes to take advantage of widex’s zero delay, blend with natural hearing. Anyone with similar experience?

so looking for a potential good deal on a real 1. I only need one of them (no pun intended) so it’s a bit easier.
