Bluetooth instability with latest iOS 26.2.1 update

Never had a problem before, now KS10/Phonak P90s continually disconnect and reconnect with my iPhone 16 Pro every second. Is this happening to anyone else?

I haven’t really had a problem until this morning. When I was trying to select the music program from automatic via the app, I was having the aids restart. As in from scratch. I could change with the buttons, but I needed to figure out what was up with that. I restarted the phone. Then went into myphonak, and I could do whatever I liked. So I think IOS wedged itself in the stack somewhere, and needed to take a dump for itself.

Apple at its normal. The reason why I always forget my aids and clear all data of the app. Restart the phone. And reset up.

No issues with Oticon Intents and iPhone 17 Pro. As someone else has suggested, forget pairing and then just add them again.

Since it’s gone in, audio/video call handoff from Iphone to Ipad is knackered and sounds to the other end that you’ve binned the call.
