Yes, that is correct, Oticon products (apart from the latest, which are compatible) are compatible with Apple only. You will need a Connect Clip to connect with Android and/or PC.

Oticon Xceed does not support or classic Bluetooth. You would need a Connect Clip (or other accessory) for anything not mFi. Connecting Pixel 7a to Oticon Xceed - #21 by nikitasavc
