I hope someone can help with this. I use a doogee u11 tablet and connect my phonak Naida M70-SP Bluetooth hearing aids. After doing a system update the aids still connect fine and work during calls on WhatsApp but don’t play any sound from games or YouTube etc anymore.
The setting to play media through them is on. I have done a full factory reset to try and solve but it was the same after that. When I click “audio will play on” and choose the aids I just get a spinning circle and it just continues to play through the device.
The aids continue to work fine with my Samsung phone so I realise this is a problem with my tablet and not the aids but I ws wondering if anyone else had any issues like this?
Any help much appreciated as this is driving me mad!
