Can a more experienced person recommend a device to send tv to my 9050s and allow my wife to hear tv too? Thank you.

Only get after market because it is about 75% cheaper. Since the 9050 has (thru your phone app) get the Avantree Audicast 4 . Hooks up by optical cable. If your tv does not have an optical source get a HDMI ARC cable that has optical out. Set sound output to PCM so it will work.

I just installed an Avantree Audicast 4 to my LG TV, and am able to hear the broadcast thru my HA’s while my wife hears the broadcast thru the speakers. Works great. There is a caveat to this:
My LG model does not have the PCM audio output setting that is required by the Audicast to receive the signal. We ditched cable years ago and use a Roku for 95% of our viewing and setting the Roku to Stereo output makes the signal Audicast compatible. So anything streaming thru the Roku works with the Audicast 4 HA (and TV speakers). The other 5% of our viewing is using an OTA antenna, and I have not been able to get that audio signal output PCM.
I haven’t bothered with Avantree Customer Support to sort that out since we use it so infrequently, but may at some time in the future. If your TV has a PCM audio output setting, then you should have no issues with the Avantree Audicast 4 HA.

Try an HDMI ARC audio extractor cable for the tv. Plugs into an HDMI port but make sure ARC is printed next to the port first. On our older Samsung there is an ARC switch for it in the sound settings. The new samsung does not have a switch but it is a certain HDMI port that is marked. Output is optical. I think the cable is $20 or so. There is a USB plug split off the cable for power. I did learn if you use USB power off the tv for the audicast there is a huge delay before you get sound so I plugged it into an always on power source.
