Both hearing aids quit thirty months after getting them

The gave me a new pair of high quality hearing aids (mminiRITE R) in August 2022. Now, they no longer charge and I can’t get an indicator that the charger is working, either. Could it be a battery problem either in the hearing aids and/or the charger?

Go back to the clinic ASAP. I have been getting my aids from the for 20 years. I get annual hearing exams. And my aids are cleaned every 6 months. Now I am 50% disabled due to my hearing loss that is service related. But you should be getting annual hearing exams at least.

Agree with Chuck…Your hearing aids should still be under warrantee…Get them to the ASAP. They will be able to send them in to be fixed/replaced. I also have used the VA for hearing aids for over 40 years, and they always have done right by me.
