Brio 3 - Everyone's Lisping!

I’ve been wearing these for a couple weeks.

They seem to be a modest improvement over my original Brio’s.

I don’t go back for a tune-up for a week or two, but one really strange issue I’m having is now it sounds like almost everyone has a lisp. I thought I might get used to it after a few days, but I haven’t. Hopefully it’s an easy fix for the audi.

It’s called sibilance. You’re hearing all the ess’s. Helps for clarity. Could be too high to the point of piercing but yes your audi ought to be able to dial it down a little for you. Your brain might also just get used to it.

I found if Sound Recovery was set too strong, everyone sounded like everyone had a lisp.

Your brain might get used to it but when you go back, if it’s still the same, get your Audi to lower Sound Recovery down one click.
