C82 Aura Oticon Intent 1 and iPhone 16

Hello. I’m new here and am looking for help. I just got my Oticon Intent 1’s and they’re great. I do a lot of streaming so I got the C82 Aura. It connected to my iPhone with no problem and the Oticon companion app found it quickly and connected. The only problem is when you start to stream, you get an error message in the companion app under saying the broadcast is muted and to turn off other sounds on the device to resume broadcast. If you turn off Bluetooth the hearing aids disconnect from the phone entirely.

Needless to say, I’m totally stuck. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I figured it out. I had to reset the hearing aids. Then you go into the phone control center and click on whatever you’re streaming. When you do that, it gives options to what device to stream to. You then pick the device.

I still have to get with my medical provider to set up a program in the companion app for streaming. Both regular and Auracast streaming are real soft and a bit sharp compared to my normal settings.

I appreciate the support. I hope this can help others.
