Change Audio Defaulting To Phone Rather Then Jabra 20's

I know the trend is to allow you to answer the call without taking the phone out of your pocket. This is not what I want. I would like the call go to the phone. Preferably the speaker phone. My wife will use our Pixel 9 Pro to make a call and the audio comes thru my Jabra 20’s. I have to hit the button to transfer the audio to the speakerphone. Or if we are driving in our vehicle most of the time I have to switch the audio to the speakers in the vehicle. I have been searching options on my phone and SmartFit to change the default but can’t find it. Is changing the default to the phone even when there is a bluetooth connection possible? No Bluetooth no problem but I use the Enhance Pro app constantly and on trips in our 2022 Camry I frequently have to change from my HA’s to the speakers in the car while I’m driving. Forget my wife she hates all this technology and gives me a speech about simpler horse & buggy times. But then wants to use the phone.
