Changing receiver on KS6

One of the receivers is failing in my KS6s. I have a new set of receivers with tubes that I’d like to try. Can anyone tell me what the trick is to detaching the receiver tube from the KS6? I’ve watched several YouTube vids for other but haven’t found one for the KS6.

Have you called Costco or considered dropping by there?
They should be able to help.

The KS6 is a basically a ReSound linx 61, so this video shows you how to change the receiver for them.

I followed the instructions from hear.com13. I used a needle since I don’t have a Resound tool and it worked! I’ve got new receivers!!!
Costco would have done the replacement, but I avoid public places as much as possible.
