Phonak Paradise Audéo P90-312

My right aid was working last night when I took it out but this morning it is not.
I have tried 3 new batteries including the left aid battery which works. If I cup my hand over the rt one, it whistles but when I put it in, it only works for a second before going dead. I was told it needs to be sent away because I have a slim tip and they cannot do the wire here.

Isn’t there any way I can change the wire myself? I always did with my old Phonaks which had custom molds.

Change the receiver as normal with the pin tool and then maybe this?

HMm; Seems to me you could also do it without the tool.
