Conductive or sensorineural loss

Can anyone comment on the type of loss I’m dealing with ( attached). At 4KHz I see a 25dB bone-air gap for both ears. My is 100% with 80dB boost (if I’m understanding the table correctly). This suggests conductive loss to me (maybe treatable?), but my medical team hasn’t followed up on it as if it is. Also, both of my eardrums have extensive white patches (scarring?).
I have Meniere’s in left ear, which explains that ear’s LF loss. Any input appreciated. Thanks.

Conductive hearing loss is clinically significant when the air-bone gap >10dB .

I only see a significant delta at 4Khz . I don’t know if having a significant air-bone gap in one frequency is enough to classify the whole hearing loss as conductive loss. Maybe one of our experts can comment on this .

I see that gap at 4k sometimes when everything else is sensorineural. Nothing to lose sleep over and most likely nothing that can be fixed medically.

There is a known problem with false air bone gaps at 4kHz that audiological science continues to fail to explain. I wouldn’t worry about it, it’s probably a sensorineural loss if every other test indicates that it is.
