Connecting Rexton m-core to programmer

what hardware, cables etc rqrd to program Rexton M-Core r-312 hearing aids. I have hi-pro usb, and noa link programmers and cs-44 cables with 312 pills. Seems like it should use the pills but I can’t figure out how. I’d appreciate any help

Hi there, are those models (made for iPhone) it’ll be Noahlink wireless same as the Signia X models.
