We both have hearing aids and we have difficulty hearing each other. My are connected to my iphone and hers are connected to a blue tooth pendant. Is there a device we could use where we could talk to each other directly to our HAs via a bluetooth device?

It might help if you told us what hearing aids and phones you each have. Both have unique Bluetooth requirements.

Download the Microsoft Translator app on your phone. It has a two party talking feature. It can be used to translate languages but also same language and it transcribes live as well. I tried it with my wife speaking Russian it’s pretty neat. It will read the “translation” to you over your hearing aid. It can also be used across multiple devices simultaneously.
