I came across a Noahlink wireless 2 unit by chance and bought it rather cheap. I have no intention of programming my or interfer with my exellent audiologist’s work. I just thought it would be interesting to follow and keep track of what changes had been done to my Signia Active Pro IX after a consultation.

So I connected my HAs and read out the program, nothing more, no problem. However, the next time i started them up it seemed they had gone to a default state or something. I can hear they respond to my app control, but the sound amplification is not there.

Obviously I have not done my homework before doing this and erased my HA program. :zany_face:

Rule number one of : Always start by saving the settings configured by the audiologist. It’s not exactly “dangerous,” but think of it like a video game—save before you venture into the unknown.

That said, I wish someone had warned me before eating norwegian lutefisk –That was quite a “dangerous” adventure, much like trying Swedish surströmming.

About the Active Pro, it was a pair I only had for trial. I have decided to go for white color instead so no harm done. I will get a new pair programmed by the audi. But next time I will do as you say.

Question. If I read out the and save it, will the audi see I have been doing that?

Yes, if you select “Save Session”; also I periodically “Export” from the client list.

Yep, time stamp but you shouldn’t worry about it, after all these are you , obviously if you make changes that’ll notice that with a data mismatch.

I thought that’s automatically done as soon you exit Connexx.

Mine asks me if I want to save the session, I’m able to exit without saving. Changes are sent to regardless.
