Is there a phone number for Phonak set up to take tech support calls from customers (not audiologists)?

The number we have for Phonak user support is 800-679-4871.

Not a Provider here: I have this for Bluetooth support

Thanks! That put me in touch with them. They made a few suggestions but sadly it was all basic and obvious responses and it ended with “see my audiologist”. Pretty much stereotypical customer no-service…but I’m happy at least that they took my call!
