My series 6 Costco signature (2016) has finally bit the dust because I can’t find a replacement part for the tube that detatched from the housing of the outer ear dock. Went to my local costco and they searched their inventory and didn’t have one. Don’t want to buy a new set until I’ve exausted the search. Also discovered that Costco has stopped selling it’s latest signature 10 and is doing business with out it own brand.
I know that 7 years is perhaps as long as I should expect a device to work, and it worked almost flawlessly that entire time.
Suggestions please.
