I’m having this issue with my new phone, an LG V60. I traded up from an LG G7, which worked perfectly.
I can stream music perfectly–beautiful sound. But telephone calls have a crackling sound at the end of many words. It’s very distracting.
I opened the MyPhonak App and selected Fixed under the Bluetooth bandwidth setting and it largely eliminated the issue. However, I don’t usually use MyPhonak. How do I change that setting on my phone so that it uses a Fixed bandwidth?
