Different software for different brands? (GN Resound and Phonak)

Hi all,

I own a pair of GN Resound Linx Quattro that are starting to go faulty, and the insurance is over. I can no longer afford visits to my heating professional so have started doing manual repairs myself with some success. A family member has kindly donated a pair of Phonak Audeo hearing aids, that seem to do a good job of helping me.
I’m planning to get the NoahLink Wireless so I can start to do my own alterations and duplicate the settings from the GN to the Phonaks.

Is this possible? Do I need different software for each brand of ? Also where can I get the software?

Any help would be great!

Yes, you need different software for each brand, even if the brands are made by the same company (eg Phonak and Unitron, Oticon and Bernafon).

You should be able to get the software here, just ask in a relevant thread.

Hi there @fogroach yes it’s possible and a great idea, but do read the user guides first as it’s very helpful for setting up the first time, so don’t hesitate on that Noahlink wireless!
