Hi everyone,
I’m considering buying a pair of Phonak Lumity L90 hearing aids from eBay and I’m trying to plan ahead for when the rechargeable batteries eventually need to be replaced.
For those of you who and have repaired or serviced your own Phonak hearing aids, I’m curious about your experience with battery replacement.
Have you replaced the rechargeable batteries yourself?
If you decided not to do it yourself, did you use a Phonak provider or an independent/online hearing-aid repair shop?
Approximately how much did the battery replacement cost?
I’m not looking to replace the batteries right away — I’m just trying to understand the future repair options and potential cost before purchasing the L90s.
Thanks in advance for any DIY experiences or advice!
