I preferred the Signia domes as they fitted better ( the small Phonax are a little tight and the medium a little too big to insert fully) so could I get use the Signia domes on the Phonax ?

Do Signia domes fit Phonax receivers?

San FranciscoThe tulips and sleeves are longer than the Phonak domes, while the Phonak receivers are shorter than the Signias. I couldn’t push the tulips or sleeves in deep enough for a comfortable fit with the Phonaks. Since this depends on the shape and size of the ear canal, your experience may be different. I haven’t tried the other type of Signia sleeves. Only way to find out is to try them.
