Do Specsavers lock their Phonak aids?

Hello all - with all this talk of the Phonak Sphere’s I thinks it’s time to upgrade form my trusty Marvels. I’d like to buy from Specsavers because of their pricing, but have heard that Specsavers lock their own hearing aids - but do they lock Phonak branded ones? I do like the flexibility to adjust the settings in Target. Cheers, Bob.

Since no one has responded to this, I will take a shot. I think that this was asked and answered not too long ago. Being in the US, I do not have any first hand information about Specsavers, however, as I recall the answer was that they lock their own hearing aids but do not lock hearing aids that are not their brand. Hopefully someone with first hand knowledge will jump in and confirm this.
