I replaced my Oticon Mores with Phonak Spheres about a year ago. I prefer the Oticon sound but the most recent Oticon model I tried did not have anything as effective for speech in noise as Phonak’s Spheric mode. I have been waiting for Oticon’s next release, which I would imagine would be a response to Phonak’s Spheres. Apparently the Zeal is not intended to be a replacement for Oticon’s most recent model. But does the Zeal offer a dramatic improvement over Oticon’s most recent model for speech in noise? Or is it mostly just an improvement in size and appearance? Thank you.
