The link I received downloaded a program called ReSound Smart Fit. The only models of aids that appears you can work with are ReSound models… Played with it for hours to try find how Oticon Real 1 would work with it.

Ha ha, for real, but no you cannot get ReSound to work with Oticon, only Oticon Genie 2 will work.
