Download Genie 2 without MyOticon account?

@tenkan Hi, i have looked at the help guides and kniw i need the noahlink, but could i have a link to the latest Oticon Genie II software please.

I need to increase the volume through my connect clip whilstnot increasing the ambient noise throgh the aids as this defeats the object of turning up what i want to hear…

Hi there, well you may as go through with a DIY project and get the Noahlink wireless as well, it’s all pretty easy enough to make a few adjustments to your HAs if you wanted, do you use the Oticon App?

Welcome to the forum, yeah that’s not good, sounds like the receiver has gone, change the wax filter and swap the receiver over to the right side and see if it’s still happening, next is to check the microphone inlet on your HAs ,clean the port out, sometimes you need to remove the housing to do it properly, unless you’ve done this before I wouldn’t recommend at this point, but no problem if your the handyman type.
