• My apologies to you. I am still trying to u nderstand best practice for using this forum and also the Target software. You have been gracious and timely in your advice and i am sorry if I sounded repetitive and somewhat dense. I did not realize there is an update feature in Target. I do all my work in the Apple ecosystem so I had to do multiple things to get to this point.
• Get the Target software;
• Then secure a PC, which i did by getting a used one from my son;
• Purchase Noahlink Wireless 2 which I did on EBay

Now I think I am ready to start. I have downloaded user guides from Phonak. Today I will start up the PC, load the Target software and attempt to upgrade it to the version which will support my Phonak Audeo Infinio Sphere 90’s and then start learning.

I did not have a good experience with my audiologist. She seemed only interested in selling me stuff and she told me I could not get the software she had to manage my HAs. I don’t want to change much, but feel I can tweak where I think I may need to. She would not help me configure the system telling me she did no programming. I had a warranty issue with a broken wire to one of the receivers and she did replace it but charged me $85 for a service call. That’s when I decided to try this route.
