Hello friends,
I am a person with severe hearing loss, and you can see my next to my name showing my hearing range (80–120 , from 250 to 8000 Hz). I previously purchased a Phonak Audeo Sphere Infinio I90 from a trusted eBay seller, but the seller made a mistake in recommending it, and the hearing aid did not suit me. I haven’t been able to return it yet, and the issue is currently under dispute. You can check my forum post where I discussed this topic.
Now, I have received some guidance and support, and I thank everyone for their help. I am currently planning to purchase Phonak Naida L90 UP Ultra Power. I found a seller on eBay: https://www.ebay.com/itm/40577757916010, but I’m worried about repeating the same experience, and the local price here is very high.
I am also considering Phonak Sky Lumity L90, which is available in a neighboring country at a somewhat reasonable price. I am waiting for their reply to see if the L90 model is available. Another alternative in the same neighboring country is Phonak Paradise Lumity, which is an older model.
My current hearing aid is Sonic, but it has recently become somewhat uncomfortable, and I feel like I am missing out on modern features that would support me and improve my listening experience. I am looking for any new solution, whether BET UP hearing aids that support shipping, tools, or anything that can provide an enhanced listening experience and better sound quality.
I am confused and would really appreciate your guidance on the latest technology, or if anyone can verify the eBay seller, or recommend a trusted site with reasonable prices that supports shipping. Your advice is very important to me.
Thank you all in advance!
