Receive my new hearing aids and there is an echo on all channels and on bluetooth.
How can I fix this problem without going back to my Audiologist.

Not unless you are a person who has the software and hardware to change the gain in your hearing aids.

PolandWhat’s your acoustic coupling (domes? earmolds?) and how open it is? What kind of domes or what diameter of vent in your earmolds?

ChinaYou can try using the equalizer in the myPhonak app to reduce the volume of low frequencies and see if it improves.
