Evolve Ai software Inspire X

Hello All

I am a new user of Starkey Ai hearing aids. I have had them for one month and just had my second consultation and remapped. In my working career I was a sound engineer and understand frequencies etc very well( 50years)

I have contacted Syarkey and they are less than helpful. I would like to have the Inspire X software. I will get a Noahlink also. The reason being you have a consultation that lasts up to an hour in a room 6x10 ft. You have the iPhone app but this is very basic! I think mapping takes many weeks and months to achieve what you want as you are consistently in different environments. Anyone have an idea how I can get this please? If I can’t I will throw them back at my hearing specialist and get my £2K back!
