External mic + live listen?

i was loaned a rogers pen by my school, but it will only stream directly into hearing aids, not into my iphone, even though they are paired

is there a way to use an external BT mic that I can place up on the podium and have it stream into my phone? three features I’m looking for:

1. recording the audio
2. transcribing to text
3. streaming into my MFI hearing aids

any help would be appreciated
