Factory reset Signia C&G T 7IX

I have a set of Signia C&G T7IX. One of them went bad and was sent in for repair. A new one was sent to me. I cannot get in with the doctor to reprogram for another week. When I try to pair them they show up separately. Is there a way I can set the original programmed one to factory default so I can ge both of them to marry up again or can only my doctor do this? Thanks

Gosh I hope you hear from one of the DIYers here, or one of the audis who also read and post on the board. How annoying that you have to wait with NO solution for an audi to get your aids working together. What about calling Signia Tech Support and having them walk you through it?

The only way I’m aware of to accomplish this is through the programming software (Signia Connexx), so unfortunately, this is not something that can be done at a user level.
It’s interesting that Signia sent you the devices. I had always assumed that the repaired units were always sent to the audiologist because an unprogrammed unit is useless to the patient. I suppose this practice may vary depending on the country of purchase.

Yeah this is the thing about these clinics, they couldn’t care less about the fact you can’t use it, it should of been done BEFORE they called you, then they should of “linked” them in Connexx, so here’s the kicker, it would only take like not even 5mins to do, it’s just lazy and typical of the so called “service” they offer, please dump them and just go , all you need is a Noahlink wireless and you can do it yourself, the software is free and easy to use.
