I recently got Starkey evolve ai 1600 and it shows 7.10.0 firmware I just want to know it’s final or update able because currently it’s not compatible with my Starkey app.

The Evolv hearing aids are not compatible with the My Starkey app. The app that can be used with the Evolv AI line is the Thrive Hearing Control App. Regarding if it is the final firmware update… typically no. Hearing aids will continue to receive updates as changes in iOS/OS of phones, programming software, or improvements to the devices determines the need for an update. I hope this helps.

San Jose, CAI have the Evolv 2400 and you need the Starkey Thrive app to use with your phone. The firmware on mine is version 6.16.0 and no new versions are available for me (I have the Inspire programming software on my PC), so it seems you probably have the latest.
