Hi! I'm interested in your Phonak Audéo M50-R hearing aids. I currently use the same model in my right ear and am looking to replace a backup that was recently damaged.

I have a few questions before purchasing:

  1. Approximately how old are the hearing aids, and do you know their original purchase date?
  2. Have the rechargeable batteries ever been replaced? If not, approximately how many hours of use are you getting from a full charge, particularly with the right-ear unit?
  3. Have either of the hearing aids had any repairs, moisture damage, charging problems, or other issues?
  4. You mentioned they were professionally cleaned and checked by HearingLife. Did they perform any battery or functionality testing, and is there any documentation available?
  5. Would you consider selling just the right-ear hearing aid separately, and if so, for how much? I may still be interested in the complete package.
  6. Since they're being sold as-is, would you be willing to offer a short inspection or return period if a device arrives nonfunctional?

I already have the correct charger and an audiologist who can help with programming and fitting.

Thanks! I appreciate your time.
