Genie 2 - Can't seem to update audiogram or add a new one

Have used Genie 2 to make tweaks, but got a new and can’t seem to be able to either edit existing or start a new client and enter one to start. No table to enter, and the using mouse on the graph does nothing. The videos from Oticon just say to put data in table or enter on graph. Should be obvious, but I sure can’t figure it out. Can someone help?

Well have you read the user guides? it’s not hard at all,make your client up and at the top right corner there’s an option for entry, read the guidelines first and then give it another go.

Found it.
I entered a new client and moved to Welcome (connect hearing aids) and then Prepare and clicked on . I missed the sidebar under Client that had the place to enter the audiogram data. Then searched all the direction and videos. Missed returning to Client to find place to enter or edit audiogram. Had always used the data from the hearing aids before, but they had not bothered to update data after new hearing test. There were significant changes in the worst ear.
Actually not was not at the top right corner, it was at the second sidebar on the left side under CLIENT, then under that Client followed by Audiogram.

Oh long time since I used Oticon device, yeah the important part is making the “client” up first as the rest is easy enough as you’ve found out, cheers
