Genie 2 install failed on windows 10

Does your Windows 10 laptop meet all of the Genie 2 installation requirements?

Yes.Its a much more powerful laptop than the one I had installed Genie on previously.

Have since downloaded Genie 2.

See if you can download it from the internet? Have no idea if you can?
