Hello! I am ready to jump in and learn how to program my Signia Silk Charge & Go 7X Hearing Aids. I know I need hardware and software…and knowledge! What is the best way to get started?
Thanks, Jeff

Welcome to the forum, great your giving a go, just be sure to read the user guides as it’s very helpful for setting up the first time, your hardware requirements will be connexxAir which is quite expensive for what it is, cheers

Easily available on the interwebs, Google “Signia Connexx user guide” the pdf I sent you is a good start, cheers

Hi @tenkan - I love your work and thank the lord that people like you exist! I have my Signia Pure C&G hearing aids, a Noahlink Wireless device, the Connexx User Guide and a PC. I think I’m good to go save for the necessary software. Any advice would be hugely appreciated - many thanks in advance

Welcome to the forum @eltheba, great your giving a go, actually just that you make 2 clients up if you wish to keep your original audiology settings, just about everything else is pretty much self explanatory, Connexx will guide you through your first fit.

Hi, thanks for the response. The problem is I don’t have Connexx but really wish I did. Any guidance on where to download/purchase appreciated

Hi Tenkan,
I want to help my non English speaking husband with his hearing aid from Signia (Stiletto 3IX) as he is a Sound engineer and musician and not happy with his hearing aid right now. Want to give the diy version a go.
Not sure if I should start a new thread? We have ordered a Noahlink but still need the Software. Do you know where we can get it?
Kind regards

Hi there @puddingprincess great your giving a go, I'm sure with his background he'll find it easy enough to do, as you have the Noahlink wireless on the way I'm sure you'll be up and running in no time.
