Has anyone build their own Noahlink?

Any electronics people that have built their own version of Noahlink wireless?
I would think that you could put something together with an adrunio and a bluetooth board.

No we just buy Noahlink Wireless devices from EBay. They already have signed drivers which is helpful. Noahlink Wireless doesn’t use Bluetooth. It uses Bluetooth Low Energy/.
