I have a older set of bose on the ear headphones that works okay but they aren’t Bluetooth enabled. I bought from Amazon a set of much cheaper TOZO HD2 over the ear Bluetooth noise canceling headphones that sounds great, and even better than my bose. I do have to lower the volume of my aids one or 2 levels. I wear custom ear molds which means i hve less feedback issues than someone with domes. Back when I was wearing in the esr aids my Bose headphones were great.
