I agree. The sound quality of my spare hearing aid (Audeo Paradise) is amazing after I got a new titanium earmold that sits deeper than the previous acrylic one. This is despite the fact that the vent is larger than I ordered — 1 mm instead of 0.6 mm. A Phonak representative emailed me after the fact that the minimum vent size for the titanium cShell is 1 mm.

I wish I had that sound quality and audibility with Paradise before, after I bought it in 2020.

I had telecoil added to my KS8. In the time since then I have used that function once, at my sister’s church about 60 miles away from my home. Loops are very rare where I live.
