I’m new here. I’ve had Phonak hearing aids for almost two years now. When I received them from my audiologist they came with no literature, only two hearing aids in a recharge case. I don’t even know if they were new. Is there a way to determine the Phonak model?

The model is shown on the bottom of the aid, sometimes in the little red or blue dot. A magnifying glass helps.
